Probably one of the most popular Jrock bands in the world right now is One Ok Rock. And to be honest, I was never a fan of the group since I never heard any of their songs except from Rurouni Kenshin’s OST (Heartache) which did not easily catch my interest. But then, one time when I was out with a friend at a cafe, I heard their song, “Wherever You Are” and it instantly caught my attention. I was enjoying listening to it and that started my fascination with the song.

One time while I was recording a different song, I thought of why not giving it a try to make my own version of this song. I never knew the lyrics that much, so I learned everything (from the lyrics to the melody) only a few minutes before taking a shoot. I was pleased with the outcome which I hope would also inspire you guys out there!
