Proyek Sebuah Seni, or PROSES in short, is a band project initiated by Fiesga Rieza (vocal). He formed the band in purpose to contribute on the fourth compilation album of Komunitas Jazz Jogja (Jogja Jazz Community) called 'Panen Karya'. The group consists of him, Fiesga Rieza, on Vocal, Ignatius Putra on Bass, M Ikhwan H on Guitar, Aufar Nugroho on Keys, and Okvan Dwi on Drum.
The song, Senandung Asa, was composed by Proses with lyrics from Fiesga Riza. It tells us about 'when everything around you makes you down, at least you have to make you yourself up'. The song adopted Sundanese rhythmic, just like the other songs in the Album that also adopted the other Indonesian rhythmic such as Balinese, Keroncong, and Papua.
The song, and also the album, was sang and launched for the very first time in Ngayogjazz 2012 on Mbrayut Village, Sleman, Yogyakarta. Enjoy ;)
