Download The Conjuring Movie Free (2013) or Watch The Conjuring Online Today : Wan directs capably enough, and the sound design and musical score is pretty superb, but he’s also guilty of revisiting all of the tricks that he used up in previous films. That wouldn’t be so bad if they were executed as perfectly as they sometimes were in his other works, but they’re not. I’m sure that this will do some great business, and will keep director Wan as a reliable horror guy, but I really wanted something more than the same old twists and tricks that we’ve been seeing over the past few years. The film isn’t BAD, but it’s not great either. And I was really rooting for it to be great.

Patrick Wilson, is Ed Warren, a demonologist and the only unordained professional certified to assist in an exorcism. Vera Farmiga is his wife Lorraine, a gifted psychic.

Add veteran horror director James Wan (INSIDIOUS, SAW), and you have a pedigree that's hard to beat. The work on the film, is by-the-numbers, by-the-book. The pedigree pulls off solid, measured performances, not going over-the-top, until the very end, therefore humanizing their characters. Director Wan does the classic slow burn, keeping the action very sober in the beginning, injecting few "cheap horror shots" that most directors use to get your attention, then WHAM! full-on horror. The good part is that Wan saves all the good stuff for the scenes not shown in the trailers
